Particular way of celebrating Easter in Skansen

Easter course held at Skansen is not the same to be held in Spain for example, because the difference is very important and traditions during this time of year are too. Anyway, worth knowing at Skansen Holy Week, as sure you get some surprises in the way the Swedes are celebrating this time of year, radically different from the way in Spain is celebrated.

At Easter the children usually enjoy on Holy Thursday with costumes of witches, that this area of Sweden is usually a classic, but also the decoration of houses very frequent in this part of Sweden during the entire Easter, which for kids is a fun time, besides having the chance to get candy on Halloween as usual, though with some very distinguishing between the two parties. The truth is that both in Skansen and the rest of Sweden, there are many traditions that are at Easter.
